1. Inductions

Almost any gym requires you to attend an induction before you are allowed to use their facilities and equipment fully. Some people might think that they know how the gym works. After all, it’s just lifting “heavy things”. Well, it’s not as simple as it seems. Various exercises might be very dangerous and can result in a long-lasting injury if performed incorrectly. 3. Sharing equipment

The equipment is considered communal property. Be considerate of other people, especially during busy periods and share the kit. Using a machine or bench press, you can rotate with someone so that the other person can perform their set after your set.
